"A humble boss understands that there are things he/she doesn't know." (The Economist, 26 Jan. 2013). It's a reminder that wisdom can come from anywhere, regardless of position or title. A servant leader will endeavor to bring in compliments to their own weaknesses and pray they find them.
This shift in my company and brand reflects a more authentic and balanced approach to life. I'm no longer trying to compartmentalize into overflowing boxes but embracing fluidity and steadiness as a whole. One life – with all its highs and lows, lessons and opportunities! -
